Suitcase sale in aid of Barnardo's
On Friday 28th May, the Prep School held its own version of the famous Portobello Road market! We thought that the bargains to be had were even more exciting than those available at our London counterpart! We raised the magnificent amount of £ 558 for the chosen charity, Barnardo’s.
Some of that money was given as part of the Mufti Day and a portion was the fees paid for the suitcase pitches. However the most rewarding way of raising money was the girls’ voluntary contributions from their ‘pitch profits’. We are overwhelmed by the generosity of many of our girls. Thank you to everyone who helped to make the event such a success.
