During the last century, on the outskirts of the little country village of Llanboidy, there lived the Howell family, descendants of Cadifor Fawr.
In 1796 Walter Rice Howell Powell succeeded to the estate. He was loved by all the people he knew and they started calling him "Y Dyn Bach". He was a keen sportsman and a breeder of horses and was also a master of foxhounds. He also became a Member of Parliament. (More)

My name is Alastair and I interviewed my father Dr. David. He works in the Health Centre in Minnigaff, which is in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland. As you can tell he is a doctor but he spends most of his day in his car! He travels up to fifty miles in one day because he is usually on call, that means he goes from house to house giving people medicine and making them better. (More)

They have lots of farmers. They grow grops such as watermelons, corn, and beans. They are very famous for their gemstone diamonds. The animals they have are Goats, Pigs, Sheep, Donkeys. They eat lots of things such as Sorgham Porridge but it is not very thick or thin, it is just right, they eat Bean leaves or they can eat Sorghum porridge with meat and they Drink Sour milk called Madila. A Trip To Yellowstone Park

When I was 8 I went to Yellowstone Park with my family for a holiday. When we were there we stayed in a hotel near Old Faithful the famous geyser. My cousins were also staying in Yellowstone at the same time so we went to supper with them by a volcanic lake. My sister kept winding me up by telling me that it was due to erupt that evening and we were all going to die. I was so scared that I burst into tears!!! After supper we arranged to go white water rafting together and went back to the hotel. (More)
