PLANES to Manchester Airport, then take the train to Manchester Picadilly
CARS drive into central Manchester by the most expedient route; we like the A664 (the Trunk Road of the Beast's Little Brother) ourselves. Head around towards the Northern Quarter on the A6 Ring Road, then follow signs for Picadilly Station and you should be driving in on Newton Street. We like the Dale Street Parking (turn left when you see the shop) as it's only £4.50 for all day, but there's plenty of on street parking off Newton Street for a casual drive by shopping experience.
