Deploy your infantry, roll out your tanks and artillery and despatch your fast moving VTOL units - we have MechWarrior inbound and it's on a mission to frag. Forget the smell of napalm in the morning - if you're looking for the sweet smell of victory, look no further than WizKids clix based game of giant robot action.
Mechanics: MechWarrior is more than just Battletech lite for the X-Box generation; the clix system handles heat dials, artillery barrages, infantry swarms, and helicopter assaults quickly, easily and (for the most part) logically. If you've played one clix game, you can pick up any of them, but in our opinion MechWarrior is the most tactical of the bunch.
How to Win: Wiping out your opponent is just the start - you get points for control of the battlefield and occupying your opponent's deployment zone too.
Organised Play: The Limited Edition prize figures you win at tournaments are exclusive unique pilots with all new paint jobs, so they're well worth winning. We run MechWarrior events every Wednesday, as well as at least one monthly weekend event that regularly attracts half a dozen of the countries top players.
Level of Investment: Medium. Figures come pre-painted in a variety of faction colours; if you're starting you MechWarrior colection, open them in the shop and we'll help you choose a faction and swap out singles from our well stocked cabinet to get you up and running as quickly as possible.
