Faster than a speeding (toy) locomotive, able to leap tall (lego) buildings in a single bound. Is it a game? Is it a toy? No - it's HeroClix. When we first saw HeroClix back at GAMA 2002 we knew it was going to be massive. Take the clix bases of MageKnight, a streamlined set of rules and a host of little plastic guys based on the hottest comics properties around. Who wouldn't want to own a complete set of X-Men, Avengers or Justice League and then pit them in combat on our Fan Boy Three fully 3D game environments? Heck - it's why we got into gaming in the first place!
Mechanics: You know the drill by now - everything'sd on the little clix base, including attack, defence, speed, damage, range and any superpowers the character posesses. Roll two dice, add attack, beat defence, do damage. It really is that simple.
How You Win: KO your opponent's team to ensure victory. If you take out an archenemy of your character (one with an identical colour base), you get double the points. And what do points make? Prizes!
Organised Play: Fan Boy Phil has specialised in top quality HeroClix events since the game came out, so there was no question we'd put on HeroClix weekly, monthly and get involved in the Nationals. And don't forget - at Fan Boy Three we have our fully 3D HeroClix game boards to play on.
