Yes, it's Eden's take on modern Wiccans, solving mysteries and dabbling in forces they can only begin to comprehend. The Nineties was full of this sort of occult conspiracy game, but CJ Carella is THE MASTER. And it's not all witches you know; Carella's covenants embrace Vampires, Werewolves and just about any other creature of the night you care to name. No wonder they put him to work on Buffy really. If you've ever read an Anne Rice novel that WASN'T about misunderstood Vampires, this is most definitely for you.
