Spike Milligan and Dr. Seuss are just two poets who are famous for writing silly poems about made up animals. Some words are easier to find rhymes for than others, so if you are making up an animal name, think about the end sound of your animal.

|
I am a Snoo
I live in the Zoo
You can't see me
But I can see you!
I think this Snoo must be very well camouflaged. Perhaps it's very small and green!

The Yotty was grotty
He was too hot and spotty
His hair was all knotty
His nose was all snotty
So he went to bed
With a nice warm hotty!

Tickle and Ickle

If you cuddle and Ickle
He'll give you a prickle
But feed him a pickle
And he'll give you a tickle!

Never tickle an Ickle
You'll make him feel sick - le!

I had a peep

The little Sneep
Was fast asleep
He slept all night
He slept all day
Oh how I wish he'd come and play

I once met a Yeti
Who ate green spaghetti
His thick woolly fur
Made him all sweaty
He jumped in a river
And got nice and wetty
But caught a bad cold
So he went to the vetty
Then came home to rest
On his nice comfy settee!

With sticky new blue Snoo shoe glue!
