Successful Learners

We worked together on a placemat activity to think about how to be Successful Learners in P4. We agreed that the following things were important; good listening, good manners, hard work and being prepared. |

International Week - October 2011

During International Week some parents visited our class to tell us about Arabic and malaria.We also took part in International Athletics. In class we made flags and learned how to say hello in different languages. |

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl

We are really enjoying our "Chocolate Factory" topic. We have written newspaper reports and character profiles in Literacy. We have created lots of scenes from the factory in Art and Design and we are working on scripts in Drama. We still have a lot more work to do! |

Learning about Money

In maths, we have been learning to count money up to £1 and also to work out change from £1 by counting on and using subtraction. |
