Stakeholder Feedback
The Assistant Educational Psychologists obtained feedback from a number of people who have involvement with Psychological Service. The feedback recieved will form the basis for the Service Improvement Plan.

During their research, they conducted focus groups with head teachers and special schools, telephone interviews with parents and face to face interviews with children and young people. Questionnaire were also sent to all parents/carers (for whom we have addresses) that were not involved in the telephone interviews, and questionnaires for external agencies.
