Dear Parents,
The purpose of this website is to convey as much information about St Mary’s Primary School to parents/carers as possible, and to give an indication of the educational provision within the school. It also attempts to describe the general ethos of the school and illustrates our aim:
To promote Catholic traditions and, within a caring environment, provide a stimulating, broad and balanced “Curriculum for Excellence” which caters for individual needs and encourages pupils to reach their potential academically, aesthetically, physically, socially, spiritually and morally.
While we are in our decant premises in Eastfield Road, Carluke, we will maintain the close co-operation which already exists between the home and the school, and I would like to assure you that we will continue to make you feel welcome whenever you visit us to discuss any matter relating to your child.
We are both working towards the same goal - the welfare of our pupils - your children!
