Sacrament of Confirmation
Confirmation is the completion of baptism, the giving of the full power of a Christian. 'Confirmation' means a strengthening - this sacrament strengthens and increases what we receive at baptism, particularly the power of bearing witness to Christ To emphasize this, the ceremony of confirmation includes a renewal of our baptismal promises. We now become fully fledged members of the Church, lay apostles in the fullest sense.
Fr. J Brannigan

The children in Primaries 6 and 7 are preparing for their confirmation on Monday the 23rd of March at 7pm. There are 36 children making their confirmation. The children have being going to mass every morning and after mass they practice for the confirmation. They are singing "I Will Follow Him" from ‘Sister Act’ as their Confirmation song. They have been working on their Confirmation workbooks for many weeks now and have been working very hard.
