In P1/2 we start school at 9am and finish at 3.20pm.
Our lunch break is from 12.10 - 1.10pm.
We have Art on a Thursday. An old big shirt or t.shirt is a good idea because sometimes it can be a bit messy.
We have PE on a Monday and Wednesdy so we have to remember our shorts and t.shirts.
We have music on a Tuesday morning.
C.A.P.E.R. (Children and Parents Enjoy Reading) is on a Monday morning for P1, P2 and P3. This is when we can go to choose a book to read at home. We can change it every Monday as long as we bring the other book back. When we read 10 books we get a certificate.
In the summer term in P1/2 we get to design and make our own miniature gardens. We plant grass seeds which we need to cut and make small patios and we can have a pond. We also get to make miniature benches using wood and proper saws. We get to plant seeds and to look after them.
