Lochmaben School Swimming Club is run by a committee of parents/coaches offering children the opportunity to learn to swim at Annan pool, by trained instructors.
Sessions take place on Friday nights between 3.55 and 4.25pm for beginners to intermediate. Once the children have reached the last tank on a Friday, they are moved up to a Monday night which is lane swimming for 1 hour.
On arrival at pool, children should go straight through to the changing rooms, change and wait at poolside, where they will be graded and split into tanks according to their ability. Please ensure your child uses a locker.
Please note that: On occasions instructors will be in the water with the children. Transport to and from the pool must be provided by parents/guardians. Accompanying drivers are responsible for ensuring children use car seats where required and stay on the premises during the whole of the session in order to supervise belongings, behaviour or in case of emergency.
Pool Directions - Into Annan, turn right at traffic lights, turn left into Annan Academy drive through their car park, pool is straight ahead.
